Bagi mereka yang ingin bekerja di luar negeri, berikut kami akan memberikan sedikit informasi agar kita bisa lebih selektif dan mendapatkan gambaran tentang pekerjaan keluar negeri, dalam hal ini adalah Kanada,

Pemerintah Kanada hanya membantu menyediakan izin dan meng-update database pekerjaan. Dengan dukungan infrastruktur teknologi informasi yang membantu setiap calon pekerja asing untuk menerapkan secara online dengan sangat mudah. Terdapat 3 kriteria penggolongan pekerjaan yang tersedia secara online, yaitu terampil, semi skill hingga lowskill, dengan rata-rata upah / gaji yang ditawarkan antara CAD16 -30 per jamnya. dan dalam melakukan aplikasi pelamar bisa menggunakan dua metode yaitu ONLINE melalui canada.ca dan OFFLINE melalui jasa agency di canada.

kami disini mencoba menyampaikan kepada mereka yang membutuhkan informasi dan konsultasi dalam proses dokumen dengan cara offline yaitu menggunakan jasa agency di canada, perlu diketahui bahwa dengan mencoba peluang kerja perseorangan, peran agency di canada memang sangat dibutuhkan, dimana setiap employer atau User/Company dicanada membutuhkan dan menggunakan jasa/bantuan agency (agency penempatan dan/atau agen imigrasi).dalam pengurusan dokumen calon pekerjanya

untuk lebih detail membahas program yang kami maksudkan, Berikut adalah alur dan persyaratan untuk Proses Kerja ke Kanada sebagai Temporary Foreign Worker  yang perlu diketahui.

Dokumen yang diperlukan dalam proses bekerja ke canada :
1. Paspor yang masih berlaku dan ID Card/E-KTP
2. CV / Resume / Biodata (mohon didetailan tentang pengalaman kerjanya)
3. IELTS (untuk kategori skilled worker dan profesional )
4. Sertifikat pendidikan (high school and/or bachelor graduate)

5. Work Expereience Certificates ( bagi pelamar skilled worker )

6. MCU / test kesehatan melalui referensi yang sudah ditentukan.

7. PCC / SKCK dari POLDA

8. Photo backround putih ( pengambilan max diwajah 80%)

9. Sertifikat Vaksin tiga dosis atau sudah melakukan booster

10. dokumen pendukung lainnya yang dibutuhkan saat pengajuan visa ( ktp, kk, akte lahir, ijasah, sertifikat pengalaman kerja dll)

Untuk memulai proses, pelamar akan diminta menyerahkan dokumen No.1,2,4.dan 8  yang disebutkan diatas, bagi dokumen yang telah memenuhi syarat, maka langkah selanjutnya diseleksi lebih lanjut oleh user/majikan tahapan ini biasa disebut tahap eligibility, sekali lagi bahwa agency kanada akan selalu memprioritaskan tawaran pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan  kualifikasi pelamar. Bila dokumen dinyatakan lolos tahap eligibility dan mendapatkan User selanjutnya melangkah pada penandatanganan surat perjanjian proses dokumen dengan agency canada, hal ini sebagai bentuk pengikat hak dan kewajiban masing masing,(dalam proses dokumen kami menyarankan untuk menggunakan jasa agen imigrasi yang sudah memiliki register di CICC : https://college-ic.ca/protecting-the-public/find-an-immigration-consultant )

langkah Pertama dalam proses adalah upload profile untuk persiapan mendapatkan tawaran kerja sesuai mekanisme pasar kerja canada atau biasa kita sebut LMIA/LMO, tahapan ini membutuhkan durasi proses 2-4 mingguan ( kecuali open LMIA) dan apabila sudah mendapatkan LMIA langkah yang akan dilakukan selanjutnya adalah ditindaklanjuti pada proses aplikasi work permit/ijin kerja, dalam tahapan ini dokumen akan diaplikasikan sesuai reference number yang sudah diperoleh yang kemudian dilakukan submit ke IRCC. untuk tahapan proses ijin kerja/ work permit di IRCC akan membutuhkan waktu sekitar 20-60 hari kerja,.

Setelah aplikasi Work Permit selesai di IRCC, tahap selanjutnya adalah menuju pada provincial clearance (proof of accomodation) dimana pihak otoritas wilayah/pemerintah provinsi tempat kita akan menetap sebagai Pekerja akan mewajibkan kita untuk menentukan dimana kita akan tinggal, perlu diketahui juga bahwa setiap imigran yang akan tinggal sementara dengan tujuan bekerja juga diwajibkan memiliki Health Insurance dan Proof of Fund, 

setelah semua pengurusan dokumen dan syarat untuk setiap pekerja asing terpenuhi maka tahap selanjutnya adalah pengiriman dokumen hasil proses yaitu Paperwork yang terdiri dari BIL, Work permit, dokumen pendukung sebagai syarat dari IRCC dan pemerintah provinsi ke setiap pelamar ( atau melalui profile yang digunakan dalam berproses ), selanjutnya tahap proses akan menuju pada aplikasi Visa ke VAC melalui pihak ketiga yaitu VFS (jakarta dan bali), dan disini pelamar akan diminta kehadirannya untuk melakukan Biometric ke VAC dan MCU melalui RS yang sdh ditunjuk oleh pihak IRCC yang kemudian akan diaplikasikan untuk visa W-1 worker, tahapan ini Butuh waktu 3 minggu sampai 1 bulan dalam kondisi proses yang normal.

setelah tahapan aplikasi visa terselesaikan,maka Pelamar akan diminta untuk mengirimkan scan visa kepada pihak agency di canada untuk selanjutnya mendapatkan travel guide dan flight schedule/jadwal penerbangan..

dalam proses kerja Temporary Foreign Worker ini diwajibkan kepada setiap pelamar untuk memenuhi syarat standar yang dibutuhkan seperti: kemampuan dalam berbahasa inggris, kelengkapan dokumen yang disyaratkan dan tentunya juga kesiapan mental karena perbedaan kultur, iklim/cuaca. Dan yang paling penting juga adalah kesiapan biaya yang dibutuhkan, perlu diketahui bahwa negara kanada tidak memberlakukan sistem potong gaji. semua biaya proses yang timbul akan menjadi beban pelamar.

 

Informasi Syarat dan fasilitas yang didapatkan oleh setiap pekerja ;
- usia 20-50 tahun (lebih diutamakan usia dibawah 40 tahun bila bertujuan untuk PR)
- Pria dan wanita 
- kontrak 2-4 tahun (extendable)
- Salary adalah CAD18-30/hour (sebelum pajak penghasilan)
- kerja 8 jam sehari dan 5 hari seminggu + lembur untuk general worker.
- asuransi disediakan (Social Insurance Number) untuk Heath insurance diprepare oleh pelamar.
- tempat tinggal difasilitasi/sharing dan beban biaya yang timbul ditanggung oleh pekerja

- mendapatkan cuti tahunan
- waktu proses Standar/Normal untuk program ini adala  6-8 bulan dihitung dari dokumen dinyatakan Eligible untuk diproses  ( ketika melakukan agreement dengan agency canada dan bukan saat pengajuan lamaran)

untuk posisi yang dibutuhkan (terutama posisi lowskill) akan di update secara berkala sesuai permintaan dari Agency,

CATATAN :

program yang diinformasikan ini adalah untuk proses TEMPORARY FOREIGN WORKER, tidak termasuk program Aplikasi Permanen Residence, namun demikian agen imigrasi di canada juga bisa membantu pengurusan Permanen Residence bagi yang berminat. dengan syarat dan ketentuan berlaku.

PELUANG KERJA KE CANADA

LUBE TECHNICIAN AND TIRE CHANGERS

Must have thorough automotive background, previous mechanics are preferred.

Room for growth within these companies to be promoted into a high skilled position.

Lube technician and tire changers job duties include but are not limited to: Accountable for servicing the vehicles, execute oil changes and checks in automotive vehicles. Change oil transmission fluids and preserving the standard of the vehicle. Maintaining dealership records and giving recommendations regarding the customer’s vehicle. Checks the fluid levels and tire pressure of all types of vehicles grease the bearings; inspect the repairs and renovation of brake systems. . Make use of different electronic tools to find and correct breakdown areas like the ignition and wheel bearings, to make sure that the engines of the vehicles are functioning well, In charge of repairing and maintaining different service components like the air condition, condenser and carburettor. Wage is $16.00 per hour – any overtime worked past 44 hours per week is $24.00 per hour.

HOTEL ROOM  ATTENDANTS :

Must have housekeeping – hotel cleaning experience of at least 3 years.

Will be required to relocate to Westlock (1hour North East from Edmonton).

Those with own vehicles preferred (Although will consider those without).

Duties include but are not limited to: Perform housekeeping services, such as cleaning and servicing hotel guestrooms, according to standard procedures defined by the hospitality establishment. Room attendants perform a variety of daily housekeeping tasks, such as refreshing supplies in rooms, making beds and assisting with hotel laundry. They dust and polish furnishings, vacuum carpets, and clean bathrooms, remove trash and transport dirty linens to the laundry area. Room attendants validate all room appliances, such as microwaves, clocks and coffee makers, are operational and set correctly.

Wage is $14.00 per hour- Any hours worked past 44 per week will be paid as $21.00

Location of work is Westlock, Alberta

Assistance finding and securing accommodation offered.

Relocation costs will be covered by the employer.

Looking for applicants to start as soon as possible, already have a positive LMO.

CHEFS:

Must have a total of 7020 hours of hands on experience and a total of 54 months of work experience.

Require to take the Apprenticeship and Industry Training (AIT) examination –Fee of $450.00

Will only accept applicants that have past history working in Hotels or Restaurants.

Job duties include but are not limited to: Supervises the hiring and training of staff, develops budgets for food and supplies and ensures that food service runs smoothly. The chef develops recipes and, depending on the size of the operation, may cook dishes or teach other cooks how to prepare them. Chefs also make sure employees adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations. Create schedules for employees as well as dispense tip outs to workers.

Wage is $16.00 per hour – Any hours worked over 44 hours per week are paid as $24.00 per hour

Locations are Sundre, Alberta as well as Hay River, NWT

COOKS :

Should have a minimum of 3-5 years cooking experience

Will only accept applicant that have previous work experience in the hotel or restaurant industry.

Job duties include but are not limited to: Set up station according to restaurants guidelines. Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner. Follows recipes, portion controls and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant. Restocks all items as needed throughout the shift. Cleans and maintains station while practicing exceptional safety, sanitation and organizational skills. Has understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all equipment in the station. Assists with the cleaning, sanitation and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers and all storage areas.

Wage is $12.60 per hour – Any hours worked past 44 hours in a week will be paid as $18.90 per hour.

Locations are Sundre, Alberta as well as Hay River, NWT

PLUMBERS:

Must prove a total of 9000 hours of hands on experience, and a total of 72 months’ work experience.

Will be required to work in residential and commercial settings.

Required to take to Apprenticeship and Industry Training(AIT) examination – fee of $450.00

Must have valid driver’s license – Own vehicle preferred.

Duties include but are not limited to: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications. Determine layout of systems and networks, install, repair and maintain plumbing fixtures and systems. Locate and mark position of pipe connections, holes and fixtures. Cut out holes to accommodate pipes and fittings. Measure, cut, bend and thread pipes in place. Join pipes with coupling, clamps, screws, bolts or cement, solder or braze piping. Inspect and test pipes for leaks, determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing, select and install pumps, weld pipes, install manholes and catch basins. Maintain and operate hoisting and rigging equipment, repair, and service and maintain plumbing systems or fixtures.

Wage is $26.50 per hour- Any hours worked past 44 per week will be paid as $39.75

Location of work is Calgary, Alberta

Accommodation is NOT supplied by the employer.

WELDERS:

Tile Setters must have a total of 6750 hours of hands on experience and a total of 54 months of work experience.

Job Description: Assemble fabricated metal products in an efficient manner to maximize production. Operates the equipment in a safe manner and reports hazards associated with the equipment or it’s operators to the Safety Director and Maintenance Department. Produces strong penetrated welds that are smooth, non-porous, and consistent. Follows required procedures and uses appropriate jigs and fixtures to assist in the assembly process. Maintains/produces a level of output that will minimize production delays. Cleans and maintains an orderly work area. Communicates effectively with other workers to direct personal workflow. Assist other individuals in area when needed.

Must have thorough knowledge of welding process and equipment. Must be able to weld vertical, flat and overhead welds with a good penetration and a quality appearance. Math skills including fractions and angles. Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Required to take the Apprenticeship and Industry Training (AIT) examination at a fee of $450.00

Full time positions, with available overtime.

Wage starts at $28.00 per hour – Any hours over 44 per week will be paid as $42.00per hour.

Location of work is Western Canada.

PIPE FITTERS:

Pipe Fitters must have a total of 6750 hours of hands on experience and a total of 54 months of work experience.

Job Description: Lays out, positions, and secures parts and assemblies according to specifications, using straightedge, combination square, calipers, and ruler.Tack-welds or welds components and assemblies, using electric, gas, arc, or other welding equipment.Cuts work piece, using powered saws, hand shears, or chipping knife.Melts lead bar, wire, or scrap to add lead to joint or to extrude melted scrap into reusable form.Installs or repairs equipment, such as lead pipes, valves, floors, and tank linings.Observes tests on welded surfaces, such as hydrostatic, x-ray, and dimension tolerance to evaluate weld quality and conformance to specifications.

Required to take the Apprenticeship and Industry Training (AIT) examination at a fee of $450.00

Full time positions, with available overtime.

Wage starts at $30.00 per hour – Any hours over 44 per week will be paid as $45.00per hour.

Location of work is Western Canada.

CARPENTERS:

Carpenters must have a total of 8160 hours of hands on experience and a total of 72 months of work experience.

Must be able to Study specifications in blueprints, sketches or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required. Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim, or hardware, using carpenter’s hand and power tools.

Required to take the Apprenticeship and Industry Training (AIT) examination at a fee of $450.00

Full time positions, with available overtime.

Wage starts at $25.00 per hour – Any hours over 44 per week will be paid as $37.50 per hour.

Location of work is Western Canada.

Housing can be provided depending on employer. Any employer who does supply housing will charge you rent.
